This curry recipe was created by Mr Ng Sek Wah. Five years after he passed away in 2013, his wife Mrs Ng and son Ng Ming Foo (myself) decided to continue his legacy. We continue to share his signature curry recipe to everyone by offering the curry powder and curry paste. We simply want to share this family recipe to all our friends, relatives and anyone who loves curry. We hope everyone continues to enjoy Uncle Wah's unique curry taste.

One packet of curry paste (200g) is a ready-made paste for you to cook curry. It is enough for half chicken (with or without potatoes) or any meat about 750g of weight.
